TATA IPL 2026: SunRisers Hyderabad vs Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Match 67 - Preview

SunRisers Hyderabad are all set for the final home match of the season against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Match 67 of TATA IPL 2026.
Our place in the final four was sealed with a victory in Chennai, but the job is far from done as we now aim for a top-two finish. This match will also bring an end to our league-stage campaign for 2026 before we fly north for the Playoffs.
A brilliant performance at Chepauk saw us beat Chennai Super Kings by five wickets in a closely contested game. Despite mounting pressure during the chase, Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen stood firm in the middle to guide us home.
Earlier in the innings, skipper Pat Cummins led by example with three crucial wickets. Sakib Hussain also enjoyed a good outing, returning with a brace.
Klaasen and Abhishek Sharma have already crossed the 500-run mark this season, while Ishan Kishan stands at 490, making it a memorable edition for our batting order. Travis Head (365 runs) and Nitish Kumar Reddy (235 runs) have made some vital contributions as well.
Eshan Malinga leads our wicket-taking charts with 17 wickets, followed by Sakib Hussain (14 wickets) and Praful Hinge (11 wickets). Pat Cummins joined the action immediately despite playing his first game only in the final week of April and has already picked up eight wickets.
We also hold the edge in the head-to-head record against RCB, winning 14 of the 28 matches, while they have won 13.
Orange Army, let’s rally behind the team and Play With Fire one final time this season.
